Reliabilt is sold in many of the big box stores such as Home Depot and the 3500 series is considered a very decent option for homeowners who insist on buying retail. These windows are actually manufactured by Atrium and then rebadged as a Reliabilt product.
Reliabilt 3201 SeriesThe 3201 window is the budget vinyl window from Reliabilt - it is the same model as the Atrium 5600. The window has a pretty sturdy frame that comes in almond or white and comes standard with a fusion weld sash. There are three exterior grid options to choose from and this window is comparable to the Silverline 8500 window. We would urge consumers to stretch for the 3300 or 3500 series over the 3200 series for better long term value.
Reliabilt 3301 SeriesThe 3300 series is the medium quality vinyl window from Reliabilt - it is the same model as the Atrium 8500. Expect a 10% to 20% bump in price over the 3200 series and some nice additional features, including a nicer latch and better vents, a sloped sill and beveled mainframe. The 3300 looks more solid than the 3200 that will be reflected in its performance ratings - 0.12 for Air Infiltration and .28 for the U-factor. It is comparable to the Premium Vinyl Series from Jeld Wen - see all Jeld Wen window prices here.
Reliabilt 3500 SeriesThe 3500 series is the premium vinyl window from Reliabilt - it is the same model as the Atrium 8700. Expect another 10% to 25% price bump from the 3300 to the 3500, along with a better warranty and better standard glass package. The frame has an extra color option (bronze, almond and white), along with a sash reinforcement, three exterior grid options and a DP35 rating. These upgrades should allow for slightly better performance ratings over the 3500 series. This model is comparable to the Ultramaxx from Alside.
Reliabilt 3900 SeriesLooking to get 12 vinyl replacement windows and have two quotes so far. See below. These windows seem very similar to me, but the corner welds of the Simonton seem much cleaner and finished. finished look. We are out of Pennsylvania
Site Editor's AnswerSheila I like the Simonton 6500 over the Reliabilt 3900 in this scenario. If it were me this is what I would go with and you save a bit of money in the process.
