Condensation Problems
I have new Alliance windows that get ice on them during cold spells. I can't feel any air getting in and don't understand why there is condensation. My previous home had Soft-Lite and Semco windows and we never had this problem.

It could be the spacer they are using in the Alliance windows, which is a Duralite Warm Edge. The Soft-Lite uses a SuperSpacer and the Semco uses a NRG metal channel. That is the only thing I can think of.
